STALEVO is indicated for
certain patients with Parkinson's disease experiencing symptom
reemergence due to "wearing-off."

To receive the optimal benefit from medications for Parkinson's disease (PD),
the person you care for needs to follow the treatment regimens that his or her
health care professional (HCP) prescribes. A good way to keep track of PD medications is
to use a daily medication schedule.

|
|
A daily medication schedule should record which medications the person you
care for is taking each day, what time he or she takes them, and at what
doses each time.
|
|
|
|
Share these facts with your HCP. The more information you
provide, the easier it will be to tailor treatment to your loved one's needs.
